Shipping

We offer flat fees for US shipping. Orders $150+ qualify for free standard shipping.

Free Domestic Shipping: 5-8 business days ($7)

Expedited shipping: 1-2 business days ($25)

International Orders: 5-10 business days

International: We currently ship to Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and hope to add more soon

You will see the estimated delivery time when you enter your shipping address during checkout. Shipping times are approximate and not a guarantee. Shipping times are determined by the shipping carrier, not us. 

 

Duties/Taxes for International Orders

Duties and taxes may be included in some orders; you will see this during checkout. Duties and taxes may not fully be included during checkout so you could be charged additional fees upon delivery. Please know that we do not have any control over this. Please check your country's regulations for further information on this. 

 

Lost Packages

If your package was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, then please let us know within 5 days from the date it is marked as delivered. Before reaching out to us though, please be sure to check your property, cameras, and with your neighbors first. 

 

Stolen Packages

Please know that we are not responsible for any stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Please ensure to provide an accurate and safe address for your order. If you are not going to be home for a delivery, then we recommend arranging to have someone pick up your package for you or you can reach out to the shipping carrier directly to request your package be sent to a local pickup location.
