Refund policy

Try On

Please try on swim bottoms with underwear on. Try on any clothes or swim suits with a clean body in a clean area to prevent any accidental damage or stains. Keep all tags on the clothes if plan to return. If you are keeping the items, then feel free to remove any tags. Items returned to us dirty, worn, stained, etc are not eligible to be returned. Please see our return policies below.

 

Returns

We accept returns back to us within 15 days from the date it was delivered to you. Please ship your return out by the 15 day mark at the latest. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached for a full refund. Swim bottoms should still have the hygiene liner intact.

*We reserve the right to reject a returned item that violates our policies.

 

Return Shipping

All customers are responsible for the return shipping. We hope to one day offer return labels for you but we are a new small business and cannot do that at this time. 

 

Holiday Returns

If you place an order in November and/or December, then we can accept your return back within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you. Please ship it back by the 30 day mark at the latest. 

 

Final Sale

Anything offered as final sale is final sale and is not eligible for a return or exchange.
